Then we head to Azrou, where you’ll see the Cedar Forest and its wild Barbary Apes. Earlier, After breakfast, we’ll tour the area of Erg Chebbi and visit Khamlia village and its biggest dunes. You’ll also see a Berber home, deserted mines, an Oasis of Palm Trees, and the charming town of Rissani. After lunch, we’ll return to the hotel in Merzouga to prepare for a camel ride to the desert camp, where you’ll spend the night under the stars.
After a sunrise breakfast, we’ll break camp and return to the hotel to shower and have breakfast. We’ll then visit the canal of irrigation in Jorf, the Todgha Gorges, the valley of roses, and the cooperative of women that produces rose products. Accommodations and dinner will be in a hotel at Dades Valley.
After breakfast, enjoy a walk in the Berber village of Boumaln Dades and get a glimpse into the daily life of the Berber people. Discover the breathtaking landscapes of the Rose Valley and visit a women’s cooperative offering a range of rose-based products. Next, visit Kasbah Amridil in Skoura, a 17th-century architectural marvel that provides an insight into the traditional ways of life in Morocco. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Ouarzazate, where you will spend the night at a hotel and enjoy dinner.
After enjoying breakfast, your tour begins with a visit to the historic Kasbah Taourirte and the famous Atlas & CLA Studios, also known as the “Hollywood of Africa,” where many iconic films like Lawrence of Arabia and Sahara were produced.
Next, you will embark on a scenic journey to Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou, passing over the Tizi Ntichka pass at an elevation of 2260m. The UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, is a stunning fortified village that you will have the opportunity to explore.
Later, you will take a lunch break in Taddart, a Berber village with a panoramic restaurant. After your meal, you will continue on to Marrakech, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of your Desert tour fez marrakech 5 days and the conclusion of our services.
