This is a 7 days desert tour from Marrakech that starts and ends in Marrakech. The itinerary includes visits to Ouarzazate, Ait Benhaddou, Dades Gorge, Todra Gorge, Merzouga, and the Atlas Mountains. Highlights of the trip include a camel trek in the desert, a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou, and a journey through the Berber villages and valleys of Morocco. Day 1: Arrival at the Menara Airport in Marrakech.

You will be driven from the airport to the riad or hotel based on the time of arrival. You can explore the city on your first day if you arrive early in the morning. If not, the tour will be rescheduled for when you return to Marrakech after the seven-day Desert Tour from Marrakesh to Merzouga, which includes dinner at a nearby restaurant. lodging in a hotel/riad, which is a highly romantic aspect.

Day 2: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

 This journey starts from your hotel after breakfast. We drive to Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou through Tizi Ntichka (2260m elevation), visiting the UNESCO-listed fortified village. Lunch is at a traditional restaurant in Ait Benhaddou. We also visit Kasbah Taourirte and the Atlas & CLA Studios in Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa” for its movie production history. On the way to Boumalne Dades, we pass through the Valley of the Roses known for its rose production. We stay at a hotel in the Dades Valley for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Dades – Todgha Gorges – Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga – Camel Ride

Your desert journey begins with an early breakfast and hotel pickup. We drive along the road of 1000 Kasbahs, passing Berber villages and stopping at Todgha Gorges and Tinejdad to visit a Berber village and the old irrigation canal. In Erfoud, you visit fossil workers and the date market. At the edge of Erg Chebbi dunes, you embark on a camel ride into the Sahara and hike to a small oasis for the night. You’ll be camping in a Nomad Berber tent, with a campfire and music performance, followed by dinner under the stars at the campfire or restaurant tent.

Day 4: Merzouga – Erfoud – Todgha Gorges – Ouarzazate

We continue our 7 days desert tour from Marrakech In the morning, after having a sunrise breakfast we will break camp and ride our camels out of the desert and back to our original point of departure. Next, travel back to the hotel to shower and have breakfast. Collect your luggage before starting on your way back towards Ouarzazate. More than that, visit the canal of irrigation in Jorf, After that we continue our road to todgha gorges where we will stop to visit the higher gorges in all of Morocco.

Then we will cross the valley of roses, and visit the cooperative of women where you can find all kinds of rose products and bio. furthermore, Dades Valley. You will arrive in Ouarzazate in the afternoon, Your accommodations and dinner will in a hotel at Ouarzazate.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – tichka pass – Marrakech

In the morning, after breakfast, visit Kasbah Taourirte and the Atlas & CLA Studios, known as “The Hollywood of Africa” for producing films like Lawrence of Arabia and Sahara. Then, head to the UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a magnificent fort village, via Tizi Ntichka pass at 2260m. After lunch in Taddart, a Berber village with a panoramic restaurant, continue to Marrakech, where you will be dropped off at your hotel. Accomodation at your Riad/hotel.

Day 7: Marrakech Menara Airport
